Reserve.<br \/>Em um liquidificador, bata os ovos, o leite, o \u00f3leo, o caf\u00e9 e o a\u00e7\u00facar por cerca de 2 minutos.<br \/>Despeje o l\u00edquido em uma tigela grande.<br \/>Aos poucos, v\u00e1 juntando os ingredientes peneirados no l\u00edquido e misture com um fouet\/batedor de m\u00e3o.<br \/>Despeje por igual nas formas.<br \/>Leve ao forno pr\u00e9-aquecido 180\u02daC por cerca de 30 minutos ou at\u00e9 cozinhar por dentro e dourar por fora.<br \/>Deixe esfriar e desenforme.<\/p><p><strong>\u2022 Para o recheio e cobertura:<\/strong><br \/>Pincele o licor ou a calda em uma das massas. Por cima, coloque chantilly, cerejas em calda e chocolate ralado.<br \/>Repita o processo at\u00e9 acabarem as massas.<br \/>Decore com chantilly, raspas de chocolate, hortel\u00e3 e cerejas frescas.
